• Emergency contact details. Please ensure that your emergency contact knows their details have been provided to us.

• Health and safety information provided through our enrolment form, including information about injuries, medical conditions, medication, pregnancy, blood pressure, pain, mobility and previous movement experience.
• Your marketing preferences.
• Basic information about how you use our website, collected through cookies and analytics.
Payment information is processed securely by Wix and its payment providers. Kasara does not receive or retain your full card details.

Health and enrolment information is accessible only to Sarah and Katrina, unless it is necessary to share information in an emergency or we are legally required to do so.

• Enrolment and health information for up to seven years after your last Kasara event.

• Enquiries that do not result in a booking for up to 12 months.

Information may be kept for longer where required by law, our insurer or in connection with a legal claim. When information is no longer required, it will be securely deleted.
