Refund Policy

​Bookings for Kasara workshops and events are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your place to another person by notifying us in advance. The new participant must complete the Kasara enrolment form before attending. If Kasara cancels an event, you will receive a full refund. If an event is postponed, you may transfer to the new date or request a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
